Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Directions
- So here is all you do…
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F
- Get a mess of fresh Brussels Sprouts and quarter them.
- Place them on a baking pan (cookie sheet) and spray with low calorie spray (I like garlic vegaline)
- Put them in the oven for about 15 minutes or until they get a nice roasted brown color on top
- That’s it!!!
- They go very well dipped in aioli or HP sauce.
