Rabbit Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 rabbit cut into pieces
  • 1 package of smoked bacon
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 large hands of carrots in frozen rings
  • 1 can of button mushrooms
  • 2 cups of red wine
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 Bouquet garnished
  • Salt, pepper

Black olives

  • 4 large potatoes in 6
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions

  1. Put the instant pot in mode browning
  2. Brown the onions and bacon
  3. Empty the bowl and set aside
  4. Put the rabbit in mode browning
  5. Put the bacon and onions back
  6. Add the cornstarch

Add the carrots, mushrooms, and potatoes

  1. Pour in the two glasses of wine, chicken broth, bouquet garnished and olives
  2. Put a little salt and pepper
  3. Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 8min
