- 2 tablespoons sugar (plus 2/3 cup of sugar)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons candied ginger (minced)
- nutmeg (Light grating of fresh, or a dash of ground nutmeg)
- 9 inches seasoned
