Ingredients
The Burger
- 4 lb Burger
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked Paprika
- Cumin
- Worcestershire sauce
The Jalapeños
- 16 Jalapeños - Cored and seeded
- 2 Jalapeños - Seeded and sliced
- Jalapeño stuffing:
- Cream Cheese
- Grated Cheddar
- Siracha blend:
- Aioli
- Mayo
- siracha
Directions
Mix all burger ingredients by hand thoroughly
- Press 1 lb burger into a donut shaped mold (bowl, pan, etc)
- Wrap with bacon around the edges
- Press in 4 cored and seeded jalapeños

- Sear the bacon

- Sear the burger on both sides

- Fill with cream cheese and cheddar cheese mixture

- Put cheese slices with jalapeños on the griddle

- Put bun (or donut) upside down on top of the cheese

- Now press the buns down onto the cheese to impregnate them

- Now add some spicy aioli, mayo and siracha blend
