Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Several dozen peeled garlic cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
- Put garlic into a small or medium oven safe dish and pour in enough olive oil to cover.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes until garlic is golden brown and fork tender.
- Allow to cool and put in a jar in the fridge (must be kept in fridge).
- You can easily spread on toast and there is no bitterness. Use the garlic oil when cloves are all gone.
