Delicious Traditional Complete Feijoada

Ingredients

  • 1 pork ear cut into small pieces
  • 2 pig’s feet cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 kg beef jerky cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 kg pork ribs cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 kg of black beans
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 300 grams of pork sausage sausage cut into thick slices
  • 300 grams of Paio sausage cut into thick slices
  • 400 grams boneless pork loin cut into cubes
  • 1 medium unpeeled orange
  • 2 Arisco Bacon Stock Cubes
  • 2 liters of boiling water

  1. To accompany the feijoada, prepare braised kale: in a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add 1 large bunch of chopped kale.
  2. Season with 1 teaspoon ARISCO complete seasoning without pepper and sauté for 3 minutes or until dry.
  3. Try preparing a sauce with pepper to accompany feijoada: remove 2 cups (tea) of the cooking broth and pass through a sieve.
