Dark and Lovely Pickled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cider vinegar
  • ¾ cup water

No - 1 1/2 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar

  • 1 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Pickling Spice

¼ teaspoon Liquid Smoke

  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • ¾ teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Hard cooked eggs

Directions

  1. Place everything in a saucepan, cook until sugar is dissolved. In a jar pour solution over the eggs. Refrigerate 4 weeks. Keeps in refrigerator for 2 months or more.
