Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery, cleaned and cut to 4-inch lengths
- 1.5 tbsp natural peanut butter (no added sugar)
- 1 tbsp raisins (or 3–4 fresh blueberries for lower sugar)
Directions
- Wash and dry celery stalks. Cut into 4-inch pieces.
- Fill the concave side of each stalk with peanut butter.
- Press a few raisins or blueberries into the peanut butter.
Notes
Use natural peanut butter (ingredients: peanuts, salt) not regular peanut butter which contains added sugar and hydrogenated oils. The celery provides water content and crunch; the PB provides fat and protein; the raisins provide a small sweet hit that kills sugar cravings.
