Cauliflower Buffalo 'Wings'

All the flavor of buffalo wings, made from cauliflower. Great game-day snack.
Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tbsp butter or vegan butter, melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for low-carb)
- 1/2 cup water or milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
- Celery sticks to serve
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F (or air fryer to 400°F).
- Whisk flour, water/milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper into a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets in batter, shaking off excess. Spread on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes (air fryer 15 min), flipping halfway, until golden.
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter. Toss baked cauliflower in sauce.
- Return to oven/air fryer 5 more minutes. Serve with dipping sauce and celery.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let battered cauliflower sit on a wire rack for 5 minutes before baking.
