Air Fryer Salmon with Asparagus

Perfectly cooked salmon and asparagus simultaneously in the air fryer. The fastest healthy dinner possible.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, tough ends removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Directions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F.

  1. Toss asparagus with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix remaining olive oil with garlic and lemon zest. Brush over salmon.
  3. Place salmon in the center of air fryer basket. Surround with asparagus.
  4. Air fry 10-12 minutes until salmon is cooked through and asparagus is tender.
  5. Squeeze lemon over and serve immediately.

Notes

Air fryer cooks salmon slightly faster than oven. Check at 10 minutes — it should flake easily at 145°F internal temp.
