Ingredients

  • cod filets

Cooking spray

  • 1 teaspoon SPG
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees.

Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick spray.

  1. While the air fryer preheats, dry filets with a paper towel.
  2. Combine SPG, and smoked paprika in a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Right before you are ready to cook the cod, spray one side of the cod and sprinkle it with the seasoning mix.
  4. Place the filets in the basket, seasoned side down.
  5. Spray the other side with cooking spray and sprinkle with seasoning mix.
  6. Air fry the fish 6-10 minutes or until cooked through. The fish will flake easily with a fork when done.
