Ingredients
- 4 Pounds Hamburger (80/20)
- 1 Pound Ground Pork (70/30)
- 4 Tablespoon Morton Tender Quick Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Garlic Salt
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon Mustard Seed
- 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 1/2 Tablespoon Liquid Smoke
Directions
- Mix all ingredients well, wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
- Pull from fridge and roll into 2 inch (or so) tubes and place on cookie sheet (foil lined makes easier clean up).
- Cook at 200 Degrees F for 5 hours - This can also be done in a smoker for 5 to 6 hours… Yummy!
- Cool and slice.
