Salmon, Canned, Mom's (From a fisherman)

Ingredients

  • Quart Jars
  • Salmon
  • Salt
  • Ketchup
  • Tabasco

Directions

  1. Fill quart jars with cleaned fish fillets to 1 inch from top.

Add 1 Tsp Salt

  1. 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  2. 6 - 8 Drops Tabasco Sauce
  3. Add lid and ring

Process at 10 pounds for 100 Minutes

  1. Store any jars that do not seal in the fridge and eat right away.
  2. This makes and excellent salmon salad (just make a tuna salad and substitute the salmon).
