Salmon, Canned, Mom's (From a fisherman)

Ingredients
- Quart Jars
- Salmon
- Salt
- Ketchup
- Tabasco
Directions
- Fill quart jars with cleaned fish fillets to 1 inch from top.
Add 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 6 - 8 Drops Tabasco Sauce
- Add lid and ring
Process at 10 pounds for 100 Minutes
- Store any jars that do not seal in the fridge and eat right away.
- This makes and excellent salmon salad (just make a tuna salad and substitute the salmon).
