Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kosher Salt (You can substitute Zatarain’s crab boil for a Cajun touch)
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Ground White Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients. Store in airtight container.
