Rub, Cafe Mocha - Excellent for Beef

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup fresh ground coffee
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp salt

Directions

1. Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container like a mason jar.
2. Use on beef, chicken, pork or other meats.
