Pork Hocks, Pickled

Ingredients

  • 4 pork hocks
  • 1 cup of white vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pickling spices

Directions

Prepare the Brine

  1. In a large pot, combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pickling spices.
