Tastes like a dessert. Contains spinach, but you cannot taste it. A complete meal in 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (25g protein)
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana

½ cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional — boosts metabolism)
  • Ice as needed

Directions

  1. Add almond milk to blender first (liquid first prevents blending issues).
  2. Add spinach, then frozen fruit, then protein powder on top.

Add chia seeds and matcha if using.

  1. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Taste — if too thick, add almond milk by ¼ cup. If too thin, add a few ice cubes.
  3. Drink immediately for best texture, or refrigerate up to 6 hours.

Notes

The frozen banana and mango completely mask the spinach flavor — you get 2 cups of vegetables with zero vegetable taste. Freeze bananas when they start to brown for the best smoothie sweetness.
