Greek Yogurt Parfait with Berries & Almonds

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain 0% Greek yogurt (Fage or Chobani)
½ cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: ½ tsp cinnamon, drizzle of honey (1 tsp max)
Directions
- Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl or tall glass.
- Add vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Layer berries on top.
- Sprinkle chia seeds and slivered almonds over the top.
- Add cinnamon if using. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
Notes
Make 3–4 of these in mason jars on Sunday night for grab-and-go breakfasts all week. The chia seeds absorb liquid overnight — the texture is even better the next day.
