Donuts, Baked, by weight (For Donut Maker)
Serves Yield : about 25 mini donuts

Ingredients

  • 150g of all-purpose flour
  • 100g of granulated sugar
  • 1 packet (11g/2tsp) of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 mL of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together all the dry ingredients, then add the milk. Mix together and add the eggs and the oil, mix until well incorporated.
  2. Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle, and bake the donuts in the donut maker.
  3. Cover with icing sugar or melted chocolate.
