Donuts, Baked, by weight (For Donut Maker)
Ingredients
- 150g of all-purpose flour
- 100g of granulated sugar
- 1 packet (11g/2tsp) of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 mL of milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp of vegetable oil
Directions
- Whisk together all the dry ingredients, then add the milk. Mix together and add the eggs and the oil, mix until well incorporated.
- Transfer the batter to a squeeze bottle, and bake the donuts in the donut maker.
- Cover with icing sugar or melted chocolate.
