Cookies, Almond Spritzers, Mom’s
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 cups Flour
Directions
- Cream butter and sugar. Beat in yolks and extract. Blend in flour.
- Put through cookie press to ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for about 10 minutes (until cookie bottoms just start to turn brown).
- Frost with simple butter, milk, powder sugar frosting (add food coloring as you like)
