Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Cups rough chopped apples
  • 2 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.

Pour into greased and floured a 9x13 baking dish.

  1. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Serve with whipped topping.
