Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- 1 3/4 cups white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoons Pickling Spice
- 3/4 teaspoon Allspice
- 3/4 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Black Peppercorns
- 1 Onion Sliced (I leave this out)
- 3 – 4 Jalapenos Sliced Lengthwise
- 1 1/2 pounds Ring Bologna

- mustard seeds
- yellow curry
Directions
- Put bologna, onion and jalapenos in a 1 gallon wide mouth jar. Bring all brine ingredients to a boil then pour over bologna in jar. Refrigerate 3 to 4 days and enjoy!
