BBQ Sauce, Mustard, Southern South Carolina, Jeff's
In the southern part of South Carolina and the just North of Georgia, mustard is king. This is where I first tasted what instantly became my favorite set of BBQ sauces... MUSTARD! These barbecue sauces never contain tomato (OK, usually). Here, there's an extra kick thanks to the balsamic vinegar, which adds flavor and also gives this sauce its unique color.
