Directions

Heat Apple Cider to 190 F (DO NOT BOIL)

  1. Ladle hot juice into hot jars, clean rims and affix lids and bands
  2. Water bath process quarts for 10 minutes
  3. Turn off fire, remove lid and wait 5 minutes
